Know what this cat is? Not a calico. Take a closer look. It’s called a Munchkin. They’re essentially like the equivalent to the Dachshund, Bassets, and Corgis. Just, ya know, it’s a cat, with stubs.
They’re sweet and playful, typical don’t mind being held, and do not let their little stubs handicap them from the things that other cats do. The health problems they can have are lordosis and pectus excavatum. Those are extremely rare though, as these cats are generally very healthy. They may suffer from other health problems that are common among the domesticated species.
Prices on these felines varies depending on breed, color, ect; as they have been cross bred with many other types of cats such as LaPerm and Sphynx.
I don’t think I would get one, regardless of how cute they are. It would just… seem weird to me. And I would always want to play with its nubs. But they’re still just as cute.
